Starting with our special plate, where you can compare the taste of different parts of lean meat, and Japanese black beef that are ranked A4 and higher. We have "Yaki-shabu sukiyaki", thin sliced Japanese black served with our selected egg. In addition to this you can have one of the rare parts of meat 'chunk flap' by dipping into grated Japanese wild yam and dashi soy sauce.
To finish off your meal, we recommend bite-sized black pepper curry with beef gristle, and stone-roasted bibimbap with the taste of foie gras and truffles.
If you like to have small portion meals, we have varieties of fusion tapas that goes really well with wine. You can also enjoy "WAGYU doki bar menu" such as brusketta with Oumi tomato stewed organ, escargot butter style wagyu hormone, or smoked Camembert wrapped with yuba(tofu skin).
